Yes indeed, if you start to make it a habit and feed your Attitude of Gratitude each and every day it will certainly improve your quality of life.

We all face the challenges life throws our way differently. But there is a simple way that you can start making these challenges much more easy to deal with and how you can make what might have been a really tough day feel that much better. Even more impacting are those awesome days when expressing your gratitude and thankfulness will just amplify the way you feel.

Did you have a rough commute with delays and road construction driving you mad? Did something break and you are fretting over how to fix it? Is someone at work testing your patience?

You name it, whatever challenge you are facing, no matter how big or small, if you focus your attention on those things you are thankful for, it will lessen the impact the challenge will have on you and allow you to move forward with certain and powerful steps toward a better life.

Some people think they don’t have anything to be grateful for, but I beg to differ…

It doesn’t matter how big or small it is, there is always something to be thankful and grateful for.

Accident scene had you late to work? Be thankful that you were not involved in the accident. Accidents happen and there was nothing you could have done to avoid it. Be hopeful for those involved that nothing serious happened to anyone.

Something broke at home? Perhaps some waterpipe gave you grief? Be grateful that you have a roof over your head and that everyone stayed safe.

You get the idea. Sure, those things can be frustrating, but if you remain focused on what you are grateful for you will be surprised how much easier and more enjoyable life becomes.

Teach your kids to have an Attitude of Gratitude early as they too are dealing with a lot in life each and every day.
